Resolution authorizing the execution of a four-year Professional Services Agreement with Puget Sound Executive Services (PSES) to provide Uniformed Police for flagging, traffic control and security services that are required on Transportation CIP projects, in the amount not to exceed $750,000, plus all applicable taxes, with an option to extend the contract for an additional year and $250,000, plus all applicable taxes, with the same terms and conditions.
