Title: Ordinance 1) authorizing execution of a second amendment to the pass-through funding agreement between King County Metro (KCM) and the City of Bellevue to accept additional Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funds for the 2023-2024 City of Bellevue Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Implementation and SchoolPool programs, thus modifying the agreement to increase the not-to-exceed amount from $500,000 to $569,000; and 2) amending the 2025-2026 Operating Grants, Donations and Special Reserves Fund by increasing the appropriation by $69,000.
