Title: Ordinance 1) authorizing execution of Change Order No. 2 to the Public Works Contract with Cornerstone General Contractors Inc. for Construction Services for Fire Station 10, in the amount of $3,700,000 plus all applicable taxes, for a new contract total not to exceed $38,279,270, plus all applicable taxes; 2) amending the 2025-2026 General Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund to increase the appropriation by $4,250,000; and 3) amending the 2025-2030 General CIP Plan to increase the budget for the Fire Station 10 (Levy) project (CIP Plan No. PS-64) by $4,250,000.
