Resolution authorizing Housing Stability Program capital funding in the amount of $14,460,888, and operations, maintenance, and services funding in the amount of $517,852 per year for five years, for the Altaire at East Main Project; approving conditions for funding recommended by staff; and authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements for the project and execute necessary documents consistent with approved conditions.
