Ordinance 1) authorizing the execution of all documents necessary for the acquisition of two adjacent properties under common ownership located at 1806 and 1808 West Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, including two purchase and sale agreements, for amounts not to exceed $1,100,000 and $3,650,000, respectively plus related acquisition costs; 2) decreasing the Parks Long-Range Planning Reserve by $4,800,000 to appropriate those funds to the acquisition project including property purchase, due diligence, and other associated costs; 3) amending the 2025-2026 General Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund to increase appropriation by $4,800,000; and 4) amending the 2025-2030 CIP Plan to increase the budget for the Park & Open Space Acquisition (P-AD-82) by $4,800,000.
