Motion to award Bid No. 24103 for the 2024 Utilities On-Call Asphalt and Concrete Repair contract to AA Asphalting LLC, as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, for an initial term of two (2) years in the amount of $2,169,749.00, plus all applicable taxes, with an option to extend the contract for one (1) additional year for $1,084,874.50, plus all applicable taxes, for a total not to exceed contract amount of $3,254,623.50, plus all applicable taxes.
