Title: Resolution determining that six utility easements and portions of two additional utility easements are surplus to the City’s needs and are no longer required for providing continued public utility service; and setting a time and place for a public hearing to consider the release or partial release of these easements. The easements lie within nine parcels owned by Sound Transit for their Operation Maintenance Facility East and related Transit Oriented Development, generally located west of 120th Ave NE between NE Spring Boulevard and Northup Way.
