Resolution (1) authorizing the city to spend up to $375,000, plus all applicable taxes, against the existing 2026 ORCA card agreement with King County Metro and (2) authorizing execution of the 2027 ORCA card agreement with King County Metro in an amount not to exceed $425,000, plus all applicable taxes, for continued employee use of the ORCA benefit provided to City of Bellevue employees.
