Resolution authorizing the execution of a General Services contract with Canber Landscape for landscape maintenance services at 28 sites throughout the city managed by the Natural Resources division in an amount not to exceed $1,391,921, plus all applicable taxes, including an option to renew for one additional term of two years in an amount not to exceed $1,391,921, plus all applicable taxes and increases, for a total contract up to an amount not to exceed $2,783,842, plus all applicable taxes and increases.
