Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a License Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the purchase of public safety technology to support a Drone as First Responder (“DFR”) pilot program and to set terms and conditions for a future appropriation-dependent, 5-year agreement not to exceed a total value of more than $3,401,102.60 plus all applicable taxes and fees.
