Title: Ordinance authorizing 1) award of Bid No. 19069, West Lake Sammamish Parkway Phase 2 (CIP Plan No. PW-R-183, W-16) to Pivetta Brothers Construction as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, in the amount of $13,124,195.33, plus all applicable taxes, to construct improvements to West Lake Sammamish Parkway from the SE 1900 Block to NE 800 Block; 2) amending the 2019-2025 General Capital Investment Program (CIP) Plan to transfer budget totaling $1,700,000 from the West Lake Sammamish Parkway Phase 3 project (CIP Plan No. PW-R-194) to the West Lake Sammamish Parkway Phase 2 project; and, 3) increasing the 2019-2020 General CIP Fund appropriation by $1,700,000.
