Resolution authorizing the execution of Amendment 1 to Professional Services Agreement (PO #2150350) with Yates, Wood & MacDonald, Inc. to increase the contract by $350,000, plus all applicable taxes, bringing the total contract value to a not to exceed amount of $1,600,000, and extending the contract for additional two (2) years for property management services at Bayvue Village Apartments.
