Resolution authorizing execution of the Regional Coordination Framework Agreement with King County which establishes a cooperative and voluntary platform linking private businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and special purpose districts to address emergency assistance covering the legal and financial obligations of partners sharing personnel, equipment, materials and/or support during a disaster or major planned event within King County.
