Public Hearing on an Ordinance adopting interim official zoning controls prohibiting medical marijuana cooperatives, marijuana research uses; imposing civil penalties and abatement actions for violations of certain provisions of Chapter 69.51A RCW for a period of six months, to be in effect while the City drafts, considers, holds hearings and adopts permanent zoning regulations; setting an effective date; and scheduling a hearing on the maintenance of the interim zoning ordinance.
