Review of the Planning Commission recommendation to amend the Comprehensive Plan with the Vision Zero Policies 2016 Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA), as part of the 2016 Comprehensive Plan amendment work program adopted by City Council on July 18, 2016.
(For Direction. Staff will be joined by the Chairs of the Planning Commission and Transportation Commission to present their recommendation to amend the Comprehensive Plan with the Vision Zero Policies. Staff seeks Council direction to bring back a final Ordinance for adoption on December 12.)
