Title: Permanent Homeless Shelter Permitting Amendments to the Land Use Code (LUC) - Meeting 4 (For direction. Continued policy discussion from the May 7 study session with the intent to produce a final draft of the Land Use Code Amendment (LUCA). The Final Draft LUCA will be the subject of a public hearing when the Council policy discussions are complete and the direction received from the full City Council has been incorporated. The public hearing is tentatively scheduled for June 11.)
