Continuation of Council’s Consideration of the Hearing Examiner’s April 5 Decision denying Ina Tateuchi’s Application for Revocation of a Conditional Use Permit issued to Kemper Development Company for the development and use of a helistop on the Bellevue Place Building.
(This is a Process I matter where the Hearing Examiner's decision is appealable to City Council. Council conducted and closed the Limited Public Hearing on June 18, 2018, and undertook deliberations on the appeal issues on June 18, 2018 and earlier this evening. Following Council's decision, staff will prepare legislation as directed, and/or return at a subsequent meeting for final action. Council's decision is appealable to Superior Court.)
