Ordinance denying the appeal of the Hearing Examiner’s April 5, 2018 decision denying Ina Tateuchi’s application for revocation of the Conditional Use Permit issued to Kemper Development Company for development and use of a helistop on the Bellevue Place building located at 10500 NE 8th Street, Bellevue, Washington.
(For final action. This is a Process I matter where the Hearing Examiner's decision is appealable to City Council. Council conducted and closed the Limited Public Hearing on June 18, 2018 and undertook deliberations on the appeal issues on June 18 and September 17. At the September l7 regular session meeting, Council directed staff to return with legislation for final action. Staff will present the final legislation for Council adoption this evening. Council's decision is appealable to Superior Court.)
