Ordinance authorizing execution of an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with King County (and supplements if necessary) providing the City with $3,096,500 in King County Conservation Futures Levy proceeds, and 2) amending the 2017-2018 General CIP Fund appropriation by $3,096,500 from King County Conservation Futures Levy proceeds and 3) Amending the 2017-2018 Capital Investment Program (CIP) Plan to increase the budget for the Parks & Open Space Acquisition (CIP Plan No. P-AD-82) by $3,096,500.
