Resolution determining that a sanitary sewer easement and an associated easement covenant, located at 14220 NE 8th Street with King County Tax Parcel Number 272505-9043 (Stevenson Elementary School), are surplus to the City’s needs and are no longer required for providing continued public utility service; and setting a time and place for a public hearing to consider the release of this easement and easement covenant.
