Ordinance 1) authorizing execution of a 2017 Washington State Military Department Public Assistance grant agreement (and supplements if necessary) with the Washington State Military Department (WSMD) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to accept up to $236,489 in grant funding for the repair or restoration of damaged city facilities for incident(s) occurring between January 30, 2017 and February 22, 2017; 2) amending the 2017-2018 Operating Grants, Donations and Special Reserves Fund adopted by Ordinance No. 6333 on December 5, 2016, as previously amended, to increase the appropriation by $236,489 with the acceptance of the WSMD and FEMA grant; and 3) authorizing administrative officials to receive, and expend said funds as authorized in said Grant Agreement.
