Resolution authorizing execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the City and the Public, Professional, and Office Clerical Employees and Drivers, Teamsters Local 763, representing Utilities, Parks, Civic Services and Transportation employees (the Union) modifying Article 9.1 Work in Higher Classification of the 2015-2018 Collective Bargaining Agreement to add Engineering Technician to the list of positions for which trained bargaining unit members can receive out of class pay for a minimum of one day of such work performance.
