Ordinance authorizing execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Service Agreement with the King County Flood Control District to accept additional reimbursement grant funds for the Lower Coal Creek Flood Hazard Reduction Project (“Project”), CIP Plan No. D-106; and amending the 2017-2023 Utility Capital Investment Program (CIP) and the 2018 adopted Project budget to recognize $6,025,000 of additional grant funds for the Project, and authorizing the expenditure of such funds.
