Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee, to sign the Amended Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between the cities of Kent, Auburn, Bellevue, Bothell, Burien, Covington, Des Moines, Federal Way, Issaquah, Kenmore, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, Renton, Sammamish, SeaTac, Shoreline, and Tukwila which grants the Oversight Committee the authority to select and approve a new vendor, should one be necessary.
