Title: Ordinance authorizing 1) execution of a grant agreement (and supplements if necessary) with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to accept $542,000 in federal Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) funding to support construction of lighting improvements on SE Eastgate Way from Richards Road to 139th Avenue SE; 2) amending the 2019-2025 Capital Investment Program (CIP) Plan to increase the program budget for the Traffic Safety Improvements program (CIP Plan No. PW-R-46) by $542,000; and, 3) amending the 2019-2020 General CIP Fund to increase the appropriation by $542,000.
