Resolution authorizing the execution of a one (1) year Master License and Services Agreement (“MLSA”), for the maintenance of the current permit tracking system, AMANDA, renewable for a maximum of four (4) one year terms, unless either party gives a notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the initial term or then-current renewal term, as applicable, for a total not to exceed amount of $589,000 plus all applicable taxes.
