Title: Resolution supporting King County Proposition No. 1, Medic One - Emergency Medical Services Replacement of Existing Levy. King County Proposition No. 1 Medic One - Emergency Medical Services Replacement of Existing Levy Should King County be authorized to replace an expiring Medic One emergency medical services levy by imposing regular property taxes of $0.265 or less per thousand dollars of assessed valuation for each of six consecutive years, with collection beginning in 2020, as provided in King County Ordinance 18931, to continue funding Medic One emergency medical services: [ ] Yes [ ] No (Representatives from the Pro and Con campaigns will be allowed up to 10 minutes to give a presentation, followed by public comment from up to 5 speakers on each side of the issue. Following public comment, Council may adopt a Resolution supporting King County Proposition 1.)
