Title: Ordinance authorizing 1) award of Bid No. 20010, for Waste Water Pump Station Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Replacement to Colvico, Inc., as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in an amount not to exceed $280,560 plus all applicable taxes (CIP Plan No. S-59); 2) amending the 2019-2025 General Capital Investment Program (CIP) Plan to transfer budget totaling $253,000 from the Utilities Sewer Facilities -120th Ave NE (CIP Plan No. S-63) to the Waste Water Pump Station ATS Replacement Project; and, 3) increasing the 2019-2020 Utility CIP Fund appropriation by $253,000.
