Title: Ordinance 1) authorizing execution of a grant agreement (and supplements if necessary) with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to accept up to $1,352,998 in federal Emergency Relief funding to support the design and construction of a permanent repair of 98th Avenue SE at the intersection with SE 11th Street; 2) amending the 2019-2020 General Capital Investment Program (CIP) Fund to increase the appropriation by $1,352,998; and, 3) amending the 2019-2025 CIP Plan to increase the budget for the Major Maintenance Program (CIP Plan No. PW-M-19) by $1,352,998.
