Title: Ordinance 1) authorizing execution of a grant agreement (and supplements if necessary) with the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) to accept up to $203,302 in state Stormwater Financial Assistance Program funding to support the acquisition and upfit of a Compact High Efficiency Sweeper for use in Bellevue; and, 2) amending the 2021-2022 Operating Grants, Donations and Special Reserves Fund to increase the appropriation by $203,302.
