Title: Ordinance 1) authorizing execution of an interagency agreement with the Washington State Department of Commerce to accept $173,748 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV2) funding for projects to prepare for, prevent or respond to the coronavirus; 2) amending the 2021-2022 Operating Grants and Donations Fund to increase the appropriation by $173,748; and 3) authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into agreements with grant subrecipients recommended by the Human Services Commission to expend grant funds.
