Ordinance (1) authorizing execution of a two-year interagency agreement with the Department of Ecology for a Stormwater Best Management Practices Study in the amount of $193,520, with the executed interagency agreement to be substantially in the form as the agreement in the Council Library; and (2) amending the 2021-2022 Operating Grants, Donations and Special Reserves Fund to increase the appropriation by $79,393 to cover the anticipated expenditures in this biennium.
