Ordinance 1) authorizing execution of a Spill Prevention, Preparedness, and Response Equipment Grant Agreement with the State of Washington Department of Ecology to accept grant funds in the amount of $166,900 for the purchase of hazardous materials air monitoring equipment; 2) amending the 2021-2022 budget, to authorize the acceptance and deposit of said funds into the Operating Grants, Donations, and Special Reserves Fund in the amount of $166,900; 3) appropriating the unanticipated grant revenues to that fund; and 4) authorizing expenditures of said grant funds for the purchase of hazardous materials air monitoring equipment.
