| 1 | a) | Marijuana Permanent Regulations: Proposed amendments to the Land Use Code to adopt permanent regulations relating to the siting of marijuana retailers and prohibiting medical marijuana cooperatives and marijuana research uses, and amendments to the Bellevue City Code to impose civil penalties and abatement actions for violations of certain provisions of Chapter 69.51A RCW. The proposed amendments will codify the same zoning controls and civil penalties regulations that were previously adopted on an interim basis through Ordinance Nos. 6286 and 6296 to allow the City to draft, consider, hold hearings, and adopt permanent regulations. The interim regulations are scheduled to expire as early as November 9, 2016.
