Resolution authorizing the execution of Amendment 1 of the Slalom professional services agreement to increase spending authority from a not-to-exceed amount of $90,000 plus all applicable taxes to a not-to-exceed amount of $490,000 plus all applicable taxes. The executed Amendment shall be substantially in the form of the Amendment in the Council Library.
