Resolution authorizing execution of an agreement with One Diversified, LLC for the purchase of audio and video equipment for Council chambers, Council conference room, media room and related services for all City departments, including one year of support coverage, in the amount of $334,080.73, plus all applicable taxes, and the option to purchase extended support coverage for up to four additional years in the amount of $75,330, plus all applicable taxes, for a total amount not to exceed $409,410.73, plus all applicable taxes.
