Ordinance 1) authorizing execution of an agreement for a Public Assistance grant agreement (and supplements, if necessary) with the Washington State Military Department (WSMD) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to accept up to $320,000 in grant funding to support the design and construction of repairs on SE 11th Street for damaged public facilities for incident(s) occurring between January 10, 2020 and February 10, 2020; 2) amending the 2019-2020 General Capital Investment Program (CIP) Fund to increase the appropriation by $320,000 with the acceptance of the WSMD and FEMA grant; 3) amending the 2019-2025 CIP Plan to increase the budget for the Major Maintenance Program (CIP Plan No. PW-M-19) by $320,000; and, 4) authorizing administrative officials to receive and expend funds as authorized in the Grant Agreement.
