Title: Resolution authorizing execution 1) a five year Professional Services Agreement with annual automatic renewals thereafter unless either party gives ninety (90) days' notice with Journal Technologies, Inc. for the Bellevue Parks & Community Services Probation Case Management System; and 2) a five year license and maintenance agreement with annual license and maintenance fees of $50,000, plus annual increases, if any, in the license and maintenance fees capped at the CPI-U. The total cost is an amount not to exceed $474,845, not including CPI increases.
